About the room
I’m subleasing my 1 bed / 1 bath at AVA Pacific Beach, just one block from the beach. It really feels like resort-style living — the community has a beautiful pool and spa, a fully equipped gym, and great shared spaces that make it easy to relax or be social. The people here are amazing and it has such a good, welcoming energy overall. You’re also walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and everything Pacific Beach has to offer, which makes everyday life feel super easy and fun. The apartment itself gets great natural light and has a clean, open feel that makes it really comfortable to come home to. It’s also pet-friendly, with plenty of nearby spots for walks, which has been a huge plus.
About the roomies
Everyone is very welcoming in the complex. Neighbors are pretty quiet and very nice.
