Master bedroom in 2bed 1 bath apartment to rent in beautiful area near Bon Air shopping center. Shared bathroom. Shared living spaces such as living room and kitchen. Room is unfurnished. Lots of closet space available. Master has access to the balcony with plenty of sunlight. Included separate storage room which is very nice for any extra storage needed.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I have to leave the area and therefore looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease that ends 7/19 with the option of extending. Background and credit check required by landlord. Utilities excluded, but only pay for electricity. No pets. No smoking on premises.

There are two parking spots available for tenants, one undercover and one open. My roommate and I alternate weeks on the undercover spot. Roommate has very clean habits.

Beautiful walking trails, hikes in walking distance as well as easy access to Bon Air shopping center. I love the area and have absolutely enjoyed living here.

Timing is flexible based on need and when I am able to move. Please females only.

My roommate who will stay here is a 29 female studying at College of Marin as well. She is a very clean and kind roommate.
