Hi! my roommate and i (both females in our 20s) are looking for a third roommate! We have an open shared living room, a big back yard, bathroom would be shared with 1 roommate. Cost of rent is split into 3s, we each pay $634 a month for rent plus srp and the city bill (water, trash, sewer). Refundable deposit is required by the home owner. Typically we pay around $750 to 850 a month for rent plus the city bill (trash, water, sewer). We also pay the wifi split into 3’s, that is $20 a month per person.

We are both female in our 20s. We both have jobs that require us to be gone during the day. I own a 5 year old german shepherd husky mix! We are pretty chill, we like to have dinner nights where we order in and hang out together. We are looking for a roommate that hopefully has the same interests and would also like to have dinner nights with us or just hang out!
