I’m looking for someone to take over my room until the lease ends on July 31st with the potential to renew for next school year. The room is in the Landings at Chandler Crossings. Monthly rent is $609 plus gas and electricity which vary month to month(March total rent was $689.53). It’s a good room overall in a nice quiet environment with 2 other roommates that are quiet and respectful. Room has a double bed, a desk, a chair and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is quite big. Everything is quite clean and in working order. Kitchen is fully equipped and the washing machine and dryer are in the shared living room area.

Two male roommates are friendly and kind. I get along well. They are also students.
