I myself recently moved into this 3 bedroom 2 bath home. It’s a bit of a fixer upper, but definitely has potential. It is UNFURNISHED & a completely empty rental. I have a select few pieces of furniture available if needed. It did not come with any appliances initially & I’ve slowly been purchasing items when able. U will need to provide your own household necessities (dishes, toiletries bedding, Etc ) I have enough to make due but not much. The house is not handicap/wheelchair accessible but I am slowly making progress. All utilities are included in rent amount (lights, water, sewer, trash service, lawn care, WIFI & security cameras are all included). Smoking allowed outside while vaping inside is allowed. No animals allowed !! Due to my health, I prefer no children but am open to the possibility. Private parking available, house is off main highway & less than a mile from interstate. I plan on making this a home & provide a cozy welcoming environment for everyone. Convicted Felons welcome with background check approval from owner. Month to month leasing available ,6-12 month lease agreement preferred. Move in available ASAP! Prorated rent offered with deferred deposit fees. Rent is due the 1st every month, if paid after the 5th a $25 late fee will be charged. Payments via Cash App, Venmo, chime, Current, money order or cash accepted. No checks!! I do have 2 bedrooms available, rent will be $300/mth if able to split between 3 tenants & $400/mth with 2. It has 2 bathrooms, but 1 is handicap accessible and for my personal use only.

I am currently the only occupant. I was recently in a horrible wreck & now in a wheelchair for the moment (pending recovery & more surgeries to come). However, I do physically take care of myself. I’m just not able to afford paying the rent & bills on my own. I am disabled & get SSI benefits. All bills are current, up to date & paid on time. don’t like to get out much so I rarely leave home but have progressively been doing more lately. I have 3 grown children that stop by to check on me often & provide any necessary assistance I may need. all my shopping is done online & delivered regularly. I’m easy going & understanding. So far the location has been peaceful & quiet as well as a Sober & drama free environment !! I am a neat person & keep a clean house. I’m not needing assistance or wanting sympathy, I just don’t like to be alone & enjoy company to keep me from getting lonely or becoming discouraged.
