Unfurnished bedroom available for rent in a 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom 1200 sq ft house in the Parkside neighborhood. Room is 13 x 9 steps with closet. Has ceiling fan as well. We are located in a safe neighborhood. Parkside Elementary, City Park, Corner Stores, and Starbucks are 5 min walk. Highway 4 East/West Bound 2 min drive from the house. 420 friendly, but will need to use recreationally in the back yard. No smoking inside. Street parking available infront of the house. Laundry and dryer in garage. Single, couples with 1 kid welcome. We take our shoes off as soon as we get inside the door as our kids play in the living room a lot and want to minimize having them sick. Thank you for understanding.

We are a couple in our early 30s with 3 loving kids in elementary school. So please expect noise until 10pm; as it is a kid friendly environment. Couples welcome with one kid. We work remote from home so we are always in the house for the most part. We have a black cat and a small chihuahua. Hallway bathroom will be designated for our roommate(s), but please be aware our kids will use it as well when they hang out in the living room but not for bath.
