I have already put a deposit down on a gorgeous home off of music row near downtown Nashville. It’s a STEAL for this location. It’s a 3 bed 1 bath that was just recently was renovated, huge fenced in backyard with parking in case we don’t want to park off of the street. I’m only looking for one roommate and we can make the third room whatever.. a closet, an office, zen space etc. This will go FAST!

I have a cat named Napoleon. He will hide and cling to me. His kitty box is a robot so you won’t even know he is there unless he is talking to me meowing. I am very clean.
