About the room

3 bed 2.5 bath comes with all brand new appliances. Very quiet neighborhood with a nice community pool and hot tub. Utilities usually run 60-70$ for a third a little more during summer. About 5 minutes away from old town Folsom and grocery store. Very central by location so good for people that work in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Granite Bay and more of those surrounding areas. No dogs or cats sorry:(

About the roomies

Grace- 20 years old and I work out of the house. I’m not home much during the day. I’ve lived here for around 1.5 years and l love it. I keep a clean and tidy household. I have friends over occasionally who are respectful and clean as well. I like to have a communicative place things run better that way.

Reis - I’m 21, currently in school and working two jobs, so I stay pretty busy and I’m not home much. When I am, I’m usually doing homework or keeping to myself in my room. I’m respectful, easygoing, and value a calm, low-drama living space.
