I’m looking for someone to take over my private bedroom + private bathroom in a 4x4 unit at Astoria from May 2026 through July 25, 2026.
Details: Private bedroom Private bathroom Shared kitchen and living area in a 4 bed / 4 bath apartment Located at Astoria, Denton, TX. Preferred roommate: female, since the other tenants in the apartment are female.
My current lease installment is $782/month, with the lease takeover subject to Astoria approval.
Important: this takeover is only for the remainder of my lease through July 25, 2026. After that date, if you want to stay longer, that would be between you and Astoria directly, you would not be tied to me after the approved takeover process is completed. Official release happens through Astoria’s re-let approval process.

About the roomies
I’m an engineering student at UNT’s Discovery Park, so this apartment’s location has been especially convenient for me. I’ve genuinely enjoyed staying in this room, and I’m only leaving because of unexpected circumstances. It’s a cozy room in a quieter area of the property, farther from the roads and a lot of the outside noise, which made it feel extra comfortable and peaceful.
