Rent is 535.88 plus WiFi and utilities. We have a garage and in home washer and dryer. Alcohol and 420 friendly but not a party house.

Hi! I’m Ishmum, a mechanical engineering student. I spend most of my time focused on school and work, so I’m usually pretty busy during the week. When I do get downtime, I enjoy relaxing at home, spending time with roomies and having a cozy, low-key space to unwind. I also have a very sweet cat who’s very friendly.

Chloe- I’m 23, and graduated from chico state in may 2025. I have a cat gracie who’s 3 years old and a total sweetheart, but is shy around new people.

Breanna- I’m 22, graduating this semester but staying here for the credential program! I spend most of my time at work and school so a lot of my free time is spent unwinding at home or enjoying nature.
