The room is the only one downstairs and has its very own bathroom with walk in closet. It will be furnished with its own 75 inch tv and king size bed. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Also,, there is a beautiful pool and jacuzzi
About the roomies
It is just my wife and I in the home. We are extremely quiet and RARELY have anyone over. You will likely feel like you live by yourself most of the time. We are very clean and respectful.
