The house is located in Largo Florida 15-20 from Indian rocks beach, 30 minutes to Tampa airport, 20 -25 minutes to Clearwater beach restaurant near by, the house have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the kitchen is shareable as well the living room, you will have you own bathroom next to the room. If you have a car you can park on the driveway. Bills are not included we divided them in half. No credit check or background. You must be have a job, or income prove to pay your rent. Supermarkets are near Gas station Convenience store near Your welcome to see the room at best convenience time. Actual is a roommate living in the house we are on search of second occupant. The one is able to show you around.

Actual is a male roommate living on the property, each room has their own bathroom, he has a great personality he currently work Monday to Friday so is not home between 7am to 5:30pm. Please let me know any availability to go see the room to let know your new roommate so he can show you around.
