Private furnished room for rent in my clean, quiet, non-smoking home in Granada Hills, CA. The room includes a walk-in closet and a shared upgraded bathroom. Kitchen, refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer access included. Utilities are shared and include electricity, gas, water, internet and trash (included). Close to freeway access and close to Von’s and Target.

About the roomies

The house has 5 bedroom and currently living 3 professional adults in our 40s and 50s. One female and two males. I am one of the males living here. Looking to rent to the right person. The 5th bedroom is a guest room and will not be rented out. Therefore, the max number of people to the shared bathroom is two. I keep my home clean and clutter free. Do have dogs on the property but are friendly and do not roam around.
