Apartment amenities include a pool, gym, bbq area, and a fire pit. Apartment is located on the third floor and there are no elevators

I am a 21 year old female currently living alone. I just moved here recently from California and I’m looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom. I like to cook a lot and keep a clean space. I’m working at the moment and will be attending school soon.
