About the room
Cozy room with own bathroom. This is a lovely safe quiet 45+ active community, wiith amenities HOA clubhouse community calendar events, pool, gym, shuffle board.
You will be required to do a background check with our properly management, fee is $55.
Room is partially furnished with dresser, end table, TV, lamps and small mirror. You will just need your own bed, twin, full, or a queen bed will fit. You’re welcome to use my air bed until you get yours. Your personal bathroom is right outside your bedroom.
Common area has a nice functional kitchen and for your convenience washer and dryer is in unit.
