About the room

Hi im looking to fill my 1 unfurnished room in my 1650+ square foot home $625 all bills paid! $650 refundable deposit. This is a very large room as well as the closet, the closet is 11x11 feet. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished by me and everything available you are more than welcome to use as if it’s yours. Nice neighborhood, high-speed internet, brand new washer/dryer and full kitchen. It is a month to month lease with no long term commitments required. You will be sharing the home with 2 others! You will have your own personal pin code to get into your room 2-6 digits that only you will have, The house is 6 minutes away from Nichols Hills, OK & 10 minutes from the Walmart super center at 1801 Belle Isle Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73118.Parking will be driveway or street parking up to you !

[ ] Are tenants permitted to bring their pets? At this time, we don’t permit tenants to bring pets into the lease agreement.
[ ] Can a guest stay the night ? Yes you’re welcome to do so 1 person stay overs are allowed.
[ ] Are you 420 friendly ? Yes

About the roomies

The 2 guys here are quiet and clean. Mainly gone working all day. I currently run a warehouse for my day job and occasionally show up to keep up maintenance and cleaning on the home. There is one Herman Shepard here and she is a sweet heart!
