Residence is located within a block from restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store. For commuting, 880 is about 3 miles drive, 237 or Dumbarton Bridge are about 15 mins. drive from the residence. For example, if you work at Meta (aka Facebook), Yahoo, etc. or Silicon Valley Area, are about 15 to 30 mins. without traffic.
It’s a 10min walk to The Asian Supermarket, restaurants, AC-transit bus stop. The neighborhood is quiet.
