All utilities included in rent. Parking right next to the house for a short walk to the entrance. Quiet neighborhood with community pool and hot tub. Close to the freeway and nearby lots of stores
About the roomies
We are 25(M) and 30(F), my girlfriend and I work M-F 6:30am- 4pm, we are very clean and typically pretty quiet unless we are watching a movie on the weekends upstairs. 420 friendly, just no smoking inside the house. We have 3 super loving cats that will just want snuggles after warming up. We are looking for someone who is work orientated as well. We don’t have parties here and stay pretty chill and kick backed, looking for someone who is on same level as us.
