I currently live in a two bedroom apartment that is 1052 square feet and located on the third floor. The pictures listed are what the current roommate has. After they move out in November, the space will be fully unfurnished and your’s to decorate. The provided room is the master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom attached to the room and a walk in closet. The property is in Monkey Junction, close to Walmart, Home Depot and the new Target. Only the bedrooms have carpet, the communal space is laminate. Because I am the main lease holder and renewing the lease, the only thing you would have to pay for is the application fee with the apartment complex.
I am in my early thirties, and a quiet roommate with two ESA cats. They’re both very social and lovable baby girls. I work full time and tend to stick to myself. I don’t do parties or any loud social gatherings myself. And as long as you’re communicative, and respect the quiet hours of the apartment complex, I don’t mind what you do. I am female to male trans, so I am very LGBT+ friendly. I don’t have a preference of gender as a roommate, so long as you are responsible with bills and keeping your space clean.
