The house has a front and backyard overlooking a marsh with beautiful sunsets. There is a driveway and additional street parking. It is a 3 bedroom with 1.5 bath, though the 3rd bedroom is currently being used as an exercise room. We could find a third roommate to lower the rent, or keep the room as an office/multipurpose room.
