Room available in a single-family, three-bedroom house in Kansas City, Kansas. The room comes with a full sized bed, dresser, closet, and small TV. The walls are blank, allowing for personalization (within reason). There are two dogs and three cats in the home - all very friendly. I work from home, so keep that in mind. There is a shared full bathroom across from the rented bedroom. The home is located in a residential area. It is about fifteen minutes away from downtown KCMO, and there is an Aldi, dollar store, and a CVS very close by.

I am 30, single, and work several different jobs. I am interested in movies, gardening, cooking, and history. The ideal renter will be someone who doesn’t make too much noise at night - due to my schedule, I go to bed very early and wake up very early. General cleanliness is appreciated. I would also be willing to reduce the rent if you are willing to take care of the animals on days when I am out of town.
