Available May 1st or flexible. Room for rent in the Bay House condo building on 27th St in Edgewater, Miami.
Apartment is spacious and modern. Semi Private Elevator. Wrap around balcony on the 23rd floor with views of Downtown, Miami Beach and Wynwood.
The room you would rent has a view as well, facing downtown.

TERMS: Option 1: $2000 per month for you and two roomates, shared bathroom with one.
Option 2: $2500 per month for you and one other roommate, private full bathroom.
Starting with a 3 month commitment to make sure its a fit, open to longer later. Move in funds: first and last month’s rent along with deposit.
Can come with a bed at no extra cost, or I can remove if not needed.
We want someone that will enjoy but also respect the space.
About the roomies
The roomate is a clean and respectful male who works in the music industry. His girlfriend visits occasionally and he travels often. When here, he works from home.
