The apartment is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom walk up in the Heights of Jersey City. Bedrooms are connected via a long shared living space. This space includes a kitchen with a sink, 5-burner stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Laundry is included in the basement of the adjacent building, as it is a two-building complex. There is also a shared balcony with the neighbors with a good view of Hoboken and Manhattan. Water is included in rent, but electric and other utilities such as WiFi are not.

It is just myself living in the apartment right now, in the room that connects to the balcony. I work from home often, but do still commute 3x a week. I like to exercise every day and keep the apartment tidy and clean. I’m not obsessively clean, but I like a clean living space. The neighbors are my college friends, so we have good ones! I rarely drink, and prefer to not keep alcohol in the place. 420 friendly - but no smoking inside. Any questions - let me know!
