We are a family of 3, with the oldest teen having“ fled the nest“ for college. We all work at major local employers in the area of Sparks and Reno. We enjoy family time, like dinners, playing board games and having BBQ in the yard. Our beautiful 2 story , 2400sqf detached home lays in a gated community in the area of Sparks. We have car parking available. The room available is on the lower floor and has a private full bathroom! The room is fully furnished with a Full size bed , desk with chair, an accent chair , a bench and a side board cabinet This room has a large double door build-in closet. The size is approximately 11 x 10. The private bathroom is right next to the room. We have a laundry/dryer as well, which can be used upstairs. Our kitchen is downstairs and we will dedicate a space in the pantry for your items and also will do the same within the fridge & freezer if you need. We have a lovely yard which can be used and the pool is open , starting when the weather allows ( usually Memorial Day). A parking space is available, and there are E-charging stations near by for E-cars ( 10 min from us) , like for Tesla. Our Community is gated and you will receive a gate code. In walking distance you will find, a Trader Joe’s, Fitness Connection Gym, a 5-Below, Ross, Costco, Sprouts, a Dollar Tree , a Home Goods/TJMaxx store and Home Depot, Car Wash, Mexican and Indian Food, Ice cream store/ Cake store and a Sierra Trading Company store and several Starbucks locations, besides many other Food places! It is possible to use the RTC Flexride bus from our home, at a very low cost ( $ 1.50 ) and our older teen used this bus to go to Reed Highschool for years) . There is also a Tesla Gigafactory Company Bus in the vicinity. There is a tranquil nature Preserve adjacent to the back of our home and allows for daily jogging/runs or nature walks. We do have an adorable ginger boy cat! Please no smokers.
