I live in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The house is a 1650 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, with a den, & is fully furnished. The kitchen is also fully stocked, but we can make room for anything you may want to use. I have a solar system with Tesla batteries, which means we have power even if the power is out in the neighborhood. I have a small to medium-sized dog that is 10 years old & 25 pounds. She is very friendly, but does shed her white hair all over the place. She has access to the fenced backyard with a doggie door. I have Wire3 2.5gb fiber internet, which is great for gaming, streaming, & uploading pictures or videos.

Your bedroom is 11’x11’ furnished with a queen-size bed, long dresser, ceiling fan, 65“ Samsung 4K wall-mounted TV with an Amazon Fire Stick 4K installed, & standard closet. You would have your own standard bathroom with a single sink/vanity, the entire cabinet under the sink, & a shower/tub combo.

I am a 50-year-old man with a few health hurdles that I’m working on, but I do use a power wheelchair. I can walk, but not very far. I drive for Uber/Lyft, but am looking for other work. I am naturally a night owl, but I work all sorts of hours. I’m very friendly, but I keep to myself. I don’t have a live-in girlfriend or children.
