About the room
The room is located in a lovely condominium complex with the unit away from the street such that it’s quiet. We have three pools, three hot tubs, several tennis ball courts, a pickleball court and a dog run. The unit is on the ground floor (no lugging groceries up stairs) and there is a small fenced backyard
About the roomies
Looking for someone who is 420 friendly, tobacco friendly and pet friendly. Preferably someone who can tolerate hearing daily piano practice (one to two hours maybe) most days. The community here is made up mostly of single or professional couples and seniors.
