Looking for a roommate for a shared apartment. I have the private bedroom, and the available space is the living room along with a small adjacent side area that can be used for additional setup or storage. This is not a traditional bedroom, so it’s best suited for someone comfortable with an open/shared living arrangement. This place does have an extra queen size mattress though. The apartment is clean, quiet, and low-traffic. I keep things organized and prefer a peaceful environment. Important: the bathroom is located inside my room, so access will need to be coordinated respectfully when needed. Communication and mutual respect are key for this setup.
No drugs/hard drugs of any kind/or smoking.
I’m laid-back, respectful, and mostly keep to myself. I work and focus on my own routine, so I value a quiet and drama-free space. Im in my final year of college(computer science)and I work. I’m clean and expect shared areas to be kept the same way. Looking for someone responsible, easy to live with, and respectful of boundaries. No drugs or hard drugs at all. Occasional guests are fine, but nothing excessive.
