I have an available room in a great apartment in Troy on 3rd ST that has all the amenities you’d want and is cute & clean. The bedrooms can fit a queen bed and dresser furniture-wise, but also have closets. There’s one decent sized bathroom. The rent for the bedroom is $750, not including utilities, which are wifi and electric (electric covers hot water, and heating/cooling as well).
I have a well behaved cat and dog who are house trained and non-destructive, so I want a roommate that enjoys rather than just tolerates pets, thank you!
Down to earth, enjoys animals, nature, and quiet for the most part. I work as a case manager at a youth crisis residence and go to school online for an MSW. I don’t need a roommate to be best friends with, but I want someone kind, and reliable who can communicate calmly. Ideally, I’m looking for a female roommate or someone in the lgbtq+ community who gives off good energy. It would be even better to find someone with into the humanities or creative arts as those are my major interests, thanks!
