This is a second floor apartment. The room is small. It can be furnished but I don’t have a mattress. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. We are close to downtown. We are a less than 5 minute walk from the bike trail along the Connecticut river and the canal.

There is a shared bathroom with a clawfoot tub. The stove is gas. We would share the living room, dining room and kitchen. Washing machine is in the kitchen and dryer is in laundry room.

There is also a small screened in porch off the kitchen.

The woodwork and details of the house are beautiful. There’s a butler’s pantry.

I am a 53 year old woman that has a tiny 8lb dog who will bark at you until she accepts that you are part of the family.

I’m not dirty but I do tend to have clutter. I’m working on that. And with a roommate, I will be much more conscientious. I am LGBTQ+ and cannabis friendly. I have a lot of antiques so I would want that respected (no sweating glasses on the woodwork.

I like to have fun. I like to be spontaneous. If you’d like to know anything else just ask.
