About the room
Spacious cozy room in a very clean and well decorated Calabasas home. Full access to kitchen, common areas and laundry room. Updated kitchen, whole house renovated last year.
Walking distance to Calabasas Rec Center, Erewhon, Philz Coffee and other restaurants and shops. 12 minute drive to Malibu.
Cleaning lady comes monthly but I maintain the cleanliness in between and expect the same from you. I read people well and respect people’s space and privacy. I’m not doing this to make friends I’m doing this because my mortgage is high and my interest rate is 7.25 lol but I don’t mind socializing and of course I’d like to be on good terms with my tenant. I will do my part to make sure you’re in a laid back and comfortable environment. Nothing but good and positive vibes over here.
About the roomies
There will only be one other tenant, myself the owner, and I will not be renting to anymore than one person. I am a 34 year old male. I work full time and when I am home I’m normally just watching tv in my room. I don’t really cook because I don’t like cleaning up after and I hate when oil gets everywhere. So if you cook, just be mindful and clean up after yourself. I do have guests here and there but we’re normally bbqing in the backyard. We do drink alcohol and are 4/20 friendly so if that would bothers you then it probably wouldn’t be a good fit. But by no means would I consider this a party house. My peace and quiet is extremely important to me. If you prefer to start month to month to see if it’s a good fit, I’d be more than happy to accommodate.
