The home is conveniently located in Albany, with easy access to Lebanon, Stayton, Corvallis, and Salem. Portland is just over an hour away, Eugene is under an hour, and the Oregon coast is about two hours—perfect for day trips and weekend exploring.

I’ve been renting rooms for about 6 years, primarily to medical professionals and post-graduate students, and it’s been a great experience, everyone has been respectful, clean, and easygoing. I’m rarely home, so tenants tend to have plenty of space and privacy.
