Hi! I’m looking for a responsible and respectful FEMALE roommate to share a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in a safe, well-maintained community located in Rancho Cucamonga.

You would be taking over the master bedroom with your own private bathroom.

The community has amazing amenities like a 24-hour indoor/outdoor gym, a 24-hour study/work area, and a pool and spa. There are also coffee and boba shops just a 2-minute walk away within the community, plus a new bagel spot opening next month.

The location is super convenient — Toyota Arena is right down the street, and West Coast University is about 10 minutes away, making it perfect for students or working professionals.

I’m looking for a single occupant only, no pets, who is clean, respectful, and easy to communicate with, and values a peaceful and comfortable living space.
