The room comes with a full bedframe, box spring and mattress available if needed, has a decent sized closet and a large window looking towards the front of the house. The shared spaces include a comfortable living room, dining area and a good sized kitchen. A garage is also available for additional storage space. There is an open front and side yard and a private back deck area as well. The house is close to the high school and within walking distance of downtown Ashland. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet minus the occasional high schooler on their lunch break.

My name is Jaeden and I’m the lease owner and a kitchen manager here in town at the Redzone Sports Bar and Grill. I tend to relax quietly in my downtime and enjoy cooking meals and gaming. The other roommate is Sam, a bookkeeper who has just recently moved in. I would be happy to coordinate a day where we can all meet and greet.
