2-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Each bathroom is attached to a bedroom. In unit-washer and dryer. Functioning fridge+freezer, microwave, stove top and oven.
1 room - $700 plus utilities
Both rooms are available.
NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED. No first/last month pay. No credit check or anything like that. Just show us proof of income, or proof you can afford the monthly payments, and you’re good.
3rd floor apartment, stair only access. If you have difficulty going up and down stairs, this is not for you, sorry.
About the roomies
All current roomies have moved out. We’re looking for someone to sublet to, so we don’t have to pay the absurd cancellation fee. Our lease is good until October, at which point you can take the lease over if you want, or determine whatever move is best for you.
