I have a furnished room with a bathroom and a linen closet available on May 1 in a quiet, clean, and beautiful senior community in Oceanside. You must be at least 45 years old. $1150 plus $750 security deposit, includes utilities, internet, monthly housekeeping, and use of the washer and dryer. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood, 15 minutes to the beach. Background and credit checks will be required. I have a small dog. There is no smoking, drinking, or drugs allowed.
