Kitchen and fridge is shared space. Full access and use of yard and shed. Open to discussing different needs or lengths of contracts, ideally shorter contracts to continue to reassess needs and flexibility.

I bought the home back in 2022, has been a quiet and comfortable living. My roommate of 3 years is moving and so I am looking for a new temporary roommate. I have a medium/large very friendly dog that will be living inside with me downstairs. I mostly work, or stick to the living room/kitchen.
