My boyfriend and I own this home and live in Colorado. There are currently two tenants living there, one is moving out end of May. The other is 26 with a small senior dog and they’re so friendly! (photo of them included) She resides in the master bedroom with her own bathroom.

The house is fully furnished besides the bedrooms. The front and back yard are recently redone, and we just installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit! The inside is also refinished as well with new paint, flooring and ceilings.

It’s about 15 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Meridian, and a 5 minute walk from the Greenbelt in an HOA free, friendly neighborhood.

Monthly rent for one room is $800 with a shared bathroom. There is currently 1 of the 3 bedrooms available, with another becoming available June 1st. We can’t accept any more pets unfortunately. Looking for female tenants: preferably young professionals, travel nurses or graduate students!

Tenants are responsible for the water, electric/gas and wifi.

Photos of the bedrooms are old. Closets, floors, etc. are fully finished!

Susan is the current long-term tenant. She is the sweetest, most considerate roommate!

It is very important to her to keep shared spaces clean, especially because almost all of the furniture in the house is hers.

She has a small senior dog, Bella, who is very sweet and quiet. Bella has some health conditions, so we cannot accept any more animals.

Susan works full time, and occasionally enjoys hosting get togethers with her group of friends. Ideally, she would love to have chill, respectful roommates in their mid 20’s who keep spaces clean.
