Welcome home! I’m renting the master bedroom in my beautifully maintained 3BD/2BA apartment at Regency Gardens, Orlando 32822, a quiet, safe community perfect for professionals and students alike.
The room comes fully furnished with a King bed, private ensuite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in closet, and balcony access. You’ll also have full use of the spacious kitchen (all appliances, utensils and dinnerware included), pantry, and washer/dryer. All utilities covered, electricity, water, and internet. Parking included. Ring security system for added peace of mind.
A little about us: it’s me (35) and my mom (66), originally from Honduras. We’re clean, quiet, and respectful. We cook daily, clean up after ourselves, and keep drama out the door. No smoking indoors, no pets. First floor unit for easy access.
