Hi all! I have a room available in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house! :) Unfurnished. $700 per month, plus utilities (can range anywhere from $50 to $90ish). Women preferred. No pets. I’m only looking to rent to one person, since it’s a shared bathroom with the other roomie.

Available for move in May 1, 2026. The lease length would be 6 months, and after that the option for a year if things are going well. We are on the East side, near Whole Foods. I hold the primary lease and the landlord allows me to sublease- basically all the ulities are in my name, and you just pay me each month! Security deposit is $750.

You would be sharing a bathroom with one other female roommate. The other roommate and I are both young women in our mid to late 20s. I allow roommates to use my washer, dryer, vacuum, cutlery, dishes, etc. No garage, but each room has a large closet and the halls have several other closets for storage space. On street parking. Electric heating in each room, no central AC but I do have a portable unit I put in the living room during the summer.

I am 29 and work in mental health. The other roommate is looking to move out shortly to pursue a job in Utah. We both enjoy climbing, reading, etc.
