About the room

Hi all! I have a room available in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house! :) Unfurnished (pics are from the last roomie’s set up). $700 per month, plus utilities, which can range anywhere from $50 to $90ish. No pets. I’m only looking to rent to one person (one adult, no couples or children), since you will be sharing a bathroom with the other roomie.

Available for move in July 1, 2026. Lease length is 6 months to start, but we can do 12 months upon renewal if everything goes well! We are on the East side, near Whole Foods. I hold the primary lease and the landlord allows me to sublease- basically all the ulities are in my name, and you just pay me each month! Security deposit is $750.

I allow roommates to use my washer, dryer, vacuum, cutlery, dishes, etc. There are several hall closets for storage space. Please note there is NO GARAGE, so if you own bikes or kayaks our home will not be ideal. Parking is street parking. Electric heating in each room, no central AC but I do have a portable unit I put in the living room during the summer.

About the roomies

You would be sharing a bathroom with one other female roommate who is in her early 30s. I myself am 29. We both enjoy a lot of outdoor activities like climbing, hiking, and camping. I’m also not home much because I’m at my partner’s house a lot.
