• The place is located near Georgetown University, I would say 15-20 minutes walking distance, and right above the Capital Crescent Trail which allows to safely bike/run to the heart of DC or Bethesda.
• Large shared backyard ! Something quite rare in DC.
• Rest is common : Hall, kitchen, shared bathroom, washer&dryer, central A/C, radiator heater and dishwasher
• You will be sharing the place with a quiet and respecful Georgetown University student
• Rent is $1150 + $67.50 utililies.

The room is available now ! I’m still living in it but I’m looking to move out the same day or the day before someone take over it

House expectations :

• Maintaining a calm, quiet home environment is the top priority
• Guests are welcome occasionally, with the expectation that the space remains respectful and comfortable
• Keeping common areas clean and well-maintained
