I have a room available in our quiet Clovis home starting in June. We are located near Highway 168, shopping, and Clovis Community Hospital, with easy freeway access to Fresno State, which makes this a great fit for a college student or someone looking for a calm and convenient place to live.

The home is two stories and includes access to the kitchen, living room, and pool area. The room also has a large private balcony attached, with space to decorate and make it your own. In the kitchen, you will have your own cabinet space and your own private full size fridge. The bathroom is shared with my daughters, but you will have your own sink and storage space in the towel closet for toiletries and personal items.

Because I already have pets in the home, we are not able to allow additional pets.

I’m mom and have two daughters ages 9 and 13. We also have one Pomeranian and two Maine Coon cats, so we are looking for someone who loves animals and is comfortable living with pets. I have been renting out our room for the past few years and can provide references from past tenants. Our current student tenant has lived with us for two years and is graduating, so she will be moving back home in May.

We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and responsible. We treat our tenants like family, so this would be a great fit for someone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, family-style environment.
