Finished basement to include kitchenette, living room, dining room, bedroom, and bathroom with two sinks and shower only. Storage area if needed. Fireplace and huge area for more furniture if wanted. Internet and all utilities provided. One Apple TV, and one other tv in bedroom. Fridge, cooktop, air fryer, microwave, and oven provided. Does not have private entrance. We have a dog and cat so bringing one in would be dependent on how they get along. Our animals are very friendly.

We’ll share the communal spaces (kitchen, living room, laundry upstairs) and split utilities + household shared items. Garage parking available. My husband and myself work in the correctional system. We do not drink or do drugs. We stay busy with work and keep to ourselves a lot. We may have family over here and there at times.
