Rent is $ 1,400 per month plus utilities. Guarantors/cosigners are okay.

We have a room for rent in Orange, a 15-20 min walk to the Circle and Chapman University. The room is large and has its own fridge and microwave. The room has an optional full-sized bed. The living room and kitchen are furnished. You would be sharing a bathroom with one person. In the living room, we have an upright piano, guitar and ukulele you are welcome to use!

Who we’re looking for: A respectful, clean housemate. This is not a party house, and we are quiet at night. Open to students, graduates and working professionals. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. No smoking in the house. Guests are okay but must be respectful. Pet-friendly, but your pet must get along with a small dog who stays here occasionally.
