There is a nice big flat yard, bonfire pit, grill, lots of outdoor seating, 2 drive ways with a cement slab connecting the two where you would park, a garage, and 2 sheds, where you will have space for storage. This property is very accessible to multiple different food locations, stores , and much more.

$400 security deposit required and I am flexible with the length of the lease as well!

A little about your potential roomie, I’m a female in my 20’s who is very responsible, respectful, and considerate who prioritizes communication. I have 2 dogs, 1 of them being a service dog, that are the most sweet and loving things that will be excited to see you every time you come in the door so a dog lover is a BIG plus! But they will not be your responsibility at all. I’m very outgoing and easy to get along with and would love the opportunity to talk with you further!
