The room is an upstairs room with a private bathroom. the property is situated in Camarillo Springs community, a gated community, safe and friendly neighbors over the last 4 years. We have a washer and dryer in the garage. The living room is furnished, and available for communal use, pictures above.

With one person moving out in June, there are 2 of us left in the house it is one Male(35) and one Female(55). We are both quiet and mostly keep to ourselves. We are both alcohol and drug free. We both work constantly, one of us is out of town frequently the other will often work from home. We are both health conscious, and friendly.
