Hi everyone! 😊 My roommates and I are looking for a temporary subletter to join our lovely home in Glendale from around May 1st–August 10th (dates are flexible!) You’d have the large downstairs bedroom, which stays nice and cool during the summer (huge bonus ☀️). We share bathrooms, and utilities are typically around $60–100/month. The house has tons of storage, a big backyard, and we’re in a super safe, awesome location right by the Cherry Creek Trail- perfect for walks, biking, and enjoying the outdoors 🌿 We’re hoping to find someone who’s kind, down-to-earth, open-minded, and LGBTQ+ friendly. We’re a pretty chill, goofy group of artists who value a relaxed, respectful home. We like to keep shared spaces tidy, but we’re not overly rigid- we just aim for a comfortable, easygoing environment.
