About the room
This is a private room in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a yard in West Boise. I have 2 very friendly dogs who would welcome 1 more into the pack. There are no other renters, so the bathroom is the guest bath. I have laundry facilities, a home workout room and possible negotiated time in a private office, including 2 monitors, docking station, etc. The lease is month to month with 30 days notice for either party to cancel. Last month’s rent will be paid up front.
About the roomies
It’s just me and the dogs, and I think they would be aggressive towards cats. But they are fully socialized with dogs and people. I like to keep shared spaces quite clean, and would appreciate help with the chores as I have a bad back. I’m in between work and retirement and not currently working, so I’m home a lot right now, but that may change. This is an alcohol-free home. No judgement, just protecting my own sobriety.
