Pictures are from rental listing, it’s not actually empty right now. Very large, very spacious, 3BR/3.5BA in a five story loft. Located less than a mile from Petco Park and a little further to Seaport Village/Convention Center. The building is technically 5 stories, only 4 floors make up our unit. There are multiple entrances to the unit on multiple levels to provide ease of access. The spare bedroom (dual master w/ ensuite bathroom) is on the 5th floor, has own patio and sliding door closet with additional storage. The rest of the home is entirely shared space, primarily the kitchen and living room on the 4th floor and a second living room on the 2nd floor.

Long time friends that have been rooming together for 7 years in a few locations. Both very reliable, responsible and laid back people who mostly function on our own separate schedules. We share the same friend group and typically attend events together but when at home there’s enough space we’re content being spread out and keeping more to ourselves. There is no pressure to be our best friend or hang out with us all the time, we respect each other’s privacy and would respect yours as well. A good personality that meshes would just be a big plus.

Roomie #1 - 35 F, works from home Mon and in office Tu-F. Fairly routine with my schedule and I like to workout early before work or do yoga/run/walk/hike the weekends. During the week I’m home, usually in my room or hanging out in the 4th floor living room watching TV or playing games.

Roomie #2 - 34 M, works mostly graveyard and flexible hours throughout the week. Keeps up with working out in his free time and mainly found on the 2nd floor living room hanging out or on his PC game set up.

Bonus Roomie #3 - 11 F, Siamese Snowshoe. Very calm, quiet and friendly cat. Mostly just kind of hangs.. around. Loves a good window view or is in my bedroom with me.
