Beautiful 2bd 2bath 1400 sq ft house in a quiet neighborhood, great location not too far from downtown Detroit or other places of interest like a gym 5 minutes away with Walmart not even 10 minutes away. Bars, restaurants, library, post office and grocery store within walking distance. Right by i275/Michigan ave and close to i94. Private room in a fairly big house on the upper floor with your own closet. Lots of storage (garage is too small to fit a car), new carpets, Jacuzzi, laundry and dryer, AC, large porch and backyard. There are 2 cats FYI, no more animals, no kids and no smoking indoors.

Things are fairly simple with most things shared and whatever necessities will be taken care of by situation/needs. Home maintenance will be taken care of through common sense. House was recently partially renovated. Utility bills will be split.

I recently moved from Europe, I’m easygoing and a straight shooter. Simple, flexible and not impossible when it comes to most things. Whatever works and makes everyone happy. Social or stick to yourself, either works but house manager will have the final say.
